Palma är verkligen en för charmig stad. Så himla mysig och samtidigt så kvalmigt härligt. Stora kastell omgivna av små snirkliga gator och massa små torg fyllda av restauranger.
Mallorca har de finaste undangömda stränderna och det härligaste vädret. Efter en helg i min mammas hus, är jag helt såld.
Palma is really a charming city. So amazingly cozy and at the same time so naturally wonderful. Large castles surrounded by small streets and tiny squares filled with restaurants.
Mallorca has the finest hidden beaches and the most beautiful weather.
After a weekend at my mums house, I am totally sold.

Idag gjorde vi en lasagne på spenat, kyckling och ricotta.
En antipasti av oliver, paprika och kronärtskocka.

Today we made a lasagne of spinach, chicken and ricotta.

Efter att min pappa förälskat sig i Eataly i New York, blev jag inspirerad att göra min version av den goda bruschettan vi åt!
Steg.
1. hacka tomater och basilika och lämna i en skål
2. hacka aburgine och ånga det med lite vatten och kanel
3. Lägg kikärter och Tahini i en mixer. Blanda tills du får en mosing textur. Tillsätt lite vatten och blanda igen.
4. Lägg brödet i ugnen.
5. ta ut när de är lite krispiga och skär brödet som runda lite kex.
6. Lägg de i tre olika toppingarna på brödet och dekorera med lite färska örter och hackade oliver.
Since My dad got the eataly obsession in New York it made me inspired to make my own version of those delish bruschettas we had.
Steps.
1. Chop tomatoes and basil and leave in a bowl
2. Chop the aburgine and the Steam it with some water and cinnamon
3. Put the chickpeas and Tahini in a mixer. Mix until you get a mashy texture. Add some water and mix again.
4. Put the bread in the owen.
5. Take out when done and cut them as round little crackers.
6. Put the three different mashes on and decorate with some fresh herbs and chopped olives.
So delish!
