HOMEMADE FALAFEL

Godaste. Enklaste. Snabbaste. Falafel.
Blanda kikärtor, persilja, lök, vitlök, lite mjöl och vatten.
Glöm inte det självklara – lite salt och peppar. Mixa med en stavmixer.
Forma bollar (blöt händerna när du rullar) och lämna i kylen 10 minuter innan fritering.

Simples. Quickest. Most delish. Falafel.
Mix chickpeas, parsley, onions, garlic, flour and some water.
Don’t forget the obvious – salt and pepper.
Mix everything with a mixer.
Form small balls (with damp hands) and leave in the fridge for 10 min before frying.
