Något så Svenskt som sill, potatis, ägg och dill finns inte.

Idag gjorde jag en version av den kära midsommar lunchen.


Something very Swedish is to eat herring, potatoes, eggs and dill. When we celebrate the longest day of the year called midsommar this is what we typically eat. Fresh, delicious and always gives me that summer feeling.

Today we made a version of this dish.



Mackerell, sardines, eggs and potatoes.
